"User rejected request. Make sure your browser is allowing popups."

This error indicates that your browser might be preventing the Ronin Waypoint wallet popups to open properly in order to sign transactions. Please make sure that your browser allows the forkast.gg website to open additional windows/popups. Follow Steps to ensure popups are not blockedīģŋ.

Additionally, while on the forkast page and seeing this error look for the "popup blocked" indicator. In the top of your browser you should see an indicator similar to the one below. Click on it, and allow popups.

"Wallet not found."

Happens when Forkast cannot detect that you have linked your wallet

  • Sign out and sign in again.
  • Refresh your browser or try an incognito window.

"Trading wallet is being activated. Please try to approve Platform Credits again in a few minutes."

Appears when the user is tryint to approve Platform Credits for trading but the trading wallet is not yet active on the blockchain.

  • Visit the deposit page and check if the trading wallet has been activated or not. If Yes, you will see your trading wallet address.
  • Users should wait a few minutes and try again.

"Platform Credits token approval failed. Try again in a few minutes."

Shown when the Platform Credits token approval transaction fails. The approval process happens only once, the first time users visit any market and want to trade.

  • Try the transaction again
  • Sign out and sign in again.
  • Refresh your browser or try an incognito window.
